Cinsault 50%, Grenache 40%, Syrah 10%.
Vendanges manuelles foulées et mise en cuve inox. Contact un jour et une nuit entre jus et pellicule.
Décuvage par saignée.
Fermentation en cuve inox à 21°.
En cuve inox, jamais de bois, collage à la bentonite.
